Biography:
Rich Lanko is a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Central Regional High School. After graduating from West Chester University, in 2003, he continued to pursue a Masters of Arts in Administration from New Jersey City University. Baseball has been a driving force for Coach Lanko since childhood and led him from fan, to player, and ultimately to Coach. Playing in the Shore Conference at Jackson Memorial High School, then at the college level, provided many valuable experiences as did his years as Assistant Coach at Central Regional (2004-2008), St. Rose (2009-2011) and Donovan Catholic (2016). After returning to St. Rose in 2017, Coach Lanko led his teams to two B-Central Titles, the Monmouth County Tournament Finals, and State Sectional Finals. He is proud of the rich History at St. Rose and passionate to continue the winning tradition.
