Dear St. Rose Families,

The registration period for our winter sports season has begun!

We have phased out FamilyID and are now using Powerschool's new feature called "Forms" for all paperless registrations.  We made a tutorial video that explains how to login to Powerschool and sign up for Winter Athletics. Click here to watch it.

If your child is playing a winter sport please follow the link below to login into your Powerschool Parent Portal. In order to be medically eligible, all athletes must upload a copy of their most recent physical exam as a part of the Health form. You may download a Pre-Participation Physical Form to bring to your physician here or on the St. Rose website under "Athletics."   We are NOT accepting any paperwork including completed physical forms "in person" it MUST be submitted through Powerschool.  If you need to scan from your phone, download a free scanning app like Genius Scan. Here's a helpful tutorial on how to scan documents and upload them to PowerSchool.
